Chef Bio:

Ben Strausbaugh is the Owner and Chef of Artistic Foods Catering.  He is a native of York County.  Ben has strengthened his culinary techniques by working in various restaurants along the east coast.  The Country Club Of York exposed him to Classic French Cuisine and an array of exotic dishes.  He also ambitiously created and studied Southern U.S., Asian, and Spanish Cuisine in various restaurants in South Carolina.  After 7 years as the executive chef, he has fine tuned his customer service skills and the ability to make his customers culinary fantasies become reality.  Artistic Foods Catering has a desire to keep things simple, fresh and unique in every meal, because every meal is approved with Ben’s personal signature.

Tips From The Chef:

Signature drinks are all the rage today.  It is a great way to cut costs of having an open bar but still lets your guests enjoy a variety of beverages.  I recommend doing lite refreshing drinks for summer and spring like Mojotio’s or Sangria in a fountain.  If your wedding is in fall or winter a malled cider or festive cranberry wine spritzer will surely take the chill out of your friends and family.  I hope this tip will help in the decision process and save you money that you can spend on your honeymoon.  Please check back for more “Tips From The Chef” or contact us for more money saving tips.
